§ 10-71. Violations, remedies.

(a)

Any person who shall do anything prohibited by this division as it exists or as it may hereafter be amended, or who shall fail to do anything required by this division as it now exists or as it may hereafter be amended, is hereby declared to be in violation of this division and the regulations herein set forth by the county, punishable upon conviction thereof as prescribed by O.C.G.A. § 36-1-20. The maximum punishment for the violation of this division shall be as provided in section 1-11.

(b)

The remedies herein set out for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this division shall not be deemed to be inclusive but shall be cumulative of all other remedies provided by law.
