§ 10-87. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Business means any building or enclosure in which any type business is operated.

Firearms includes any pistol, rifle, shotgun or other type of firearm.

Residence means any place which is inhabited by human beings.
