§ 10-89. Discharging near residence or business.

In order to protect and preserve the safety of persons in the county and to prevent the disturbances of those persons living in or operating a business within the county, it shall be unlawful and in violation of this article for a person to discharge a firearm in all unincorporated areas of the county within 250 feet of any residence or place of business.
