§ 10-92. Violations, remedies.

(a)

Any person who shall do anything prohibited by this article as it exists or as it may hereafter be amended is hereby declared to be in violation of this article and the regulations herein set forth by the county, the same being punishable upon conviction thereof as prescribed by O.C.G.A. § 36-1-20. The maximum punishment for the violation of this article shall be as provided in section 1-11.

(b)

The remedies herein set out for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this article shall not be deemed to be inclusive but shall be cumulative of all other remedies provided by law.
