§ 12-234. Evidence of state registration when required.

Each person who is licensed under O.C.G.A. tit. 43 by the examining boards of the secretary of state's office shall provide evidence of proper and current state licensure before any county occupation tax certificate may be issued. Each person who is licensed by the state shall post the state license in a conspicuous place in the licensee's place of business and shall keep the license there at all times while the license remains valid.
