§ 8-29. Prohibited activity.

Smoking is prohibited inside all areas of the main Bulloch County Courthouse building located on the second and third floors. Smoking in those portions of the first floor comprising the offices of the constitutional officers shall be controlled by written policy to be established by the respective constitutional officers designating all or any portion of their office as "No Smoking" areas. Smoking shall be allowed in the first floor hall area.
