§ 10-104. Automobile repair business.

(a)

An automobile repair business that stores automobiles on its premises for a period of less than 30 days, during which time the automobiles are being repaired, shall not be required to comply with the regulations in section 10-103(a). An automobile repair business that stores automobiles on its premises for periods in excess of 30 days shall fence and screen the areas where the automobiles are stored in accordance with the requirements of section 10-103(a).
