§ 10-105. Nuisance declared.

Any yard as defined herein which is not in compliance with this article is hereby declared to be a public and private nuisance subject to all remedies and penalties provided in this Code and all other legal and equitable remedies to which nuisances are subject to pursuant to local and state law.
